We're currently working on a whole range of new online facilities to help make it easier to manage your membership. One of these facilities is an online live chat feature which we recently added to the website.
If you head to antrimcu.comon any device, there'll be a button in the corner prompting you to open a chat window. Use it! During opening hours, we're striving to stay on-call by the new office tablets so that we can answer any and all questions put to us by members.
For the time being, we can only answer general questions, but we're working on being able to answer balance and loan queries along with other-account related questions; we just need to check the security maters related to doing so.
