A Note About Balance Checks

We've received a lot of questions asking about whether or not the balance enquiry feature will be returning now that we have an operational website again.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that the balance enquiry feature was run by a third-party IT company, we have no control over whether or not it runs. After development began for new systems over the summer, the company operating the balance enquiry feature decided to close the program and discontinue its availability.

Until such times as the IT companies we work with can provide a new balance check solution, the provision won't be available online. The old service was simply a link attached to our old site which led to the balance check program, and since it has been taken down, there's no way for us to continue using the link as a feature on our website.

You can still call us to ask about your balances, or check as normal in the office.

We apologise for any disappointment which might have been caused by the removal of the balance check service. We aim to be as helpful as possible to our member community, and obviously this comes as somewhat of a drawback. If there's anything you need, please don't hesitate to call and ask.
